The nose is perfumed and opulent combining both herbaceous and gourmandize notes. It reveals aromas of nettle, fresh cut grass, verbena, fresh dough, marzipan, baked yellow apples and white peaches. The palate is powerful, dense with a lot of concentration and depth. The wines shows nuances of ripe yellow apples, pears, white peaches, grapefruits, a touch of vanilla and pollen. It has a creamy, round texture lifted by the zesty acidity. The finish is long, spicy and refreshing.
