The nose is beautifully ample, multi-layered and offers a beautiful grain, very fine, ample and complex. There are beautiful notes of concentrated flowers, wild blackcurrant and small notes of Sichuan pepper associated with touches of concentrated black plum as well as fine hints of blond tobacco, cinnamon and a subtle almost basalmic hint (in the background). The palate is beautifully built, acidulous, delicate, supple, airy, nicely elegant in its creaminess and offers a nice finesse as well as a nice concentration in deepness. Nicely fresh and mineral. Full of precision, stretched and delicate. On the palate this wine expresses notes of concentrated blackberry, concentrated flowers and small notes of blue plum associated with touches of crushed red berries, hints of red plum as well as a subtle hint of acidulous cherry as well as a discreet hint of balsamic, chocolate and toast. Great persistence. A saline hint and a subtle sappy hint in the background. A beautiful, precise, rich, elegant and airy wine, lace!
