The colour is a bright and vivid lemon-green with a silver tinge. The nose is intense and floral, full of gourmandise. It reveals notes of ripe white peaches, jasmine, honeysuckle, pear blossom, a hint of grapefruit zest, pomelo, fine nuances of smoke and kerosene. The palate is zesty, dense and grippy, demonstrating depth and complexity. It is packed with notes of citrus fruits, a touch of roasted seeds, a delicate hint of fresh cut grass, notes of acacia and honeysuckle, a lot of salinity and minerality. Still a very elegant wine with a lot of layers. The finish is very dry, chalky and zappy.
