The wine shows a pale lemon-green colour. The nose is delicate, floral, revealing a lot of delicacy and gourmandize. The notes of acacia and honeysuckle are interlaced with hints of fresh lemon, lime, a touch of ripe, yellow pear, white apple and delicate nuances of fresh grass, asparagus, spices and herbs. The palate is juicy, direct and refreshing, lifted up by zesty acidity and light, aerial structure. The wine is rather light and might seem a bit diluted. It demonstrates typical flavours of citrus and orchard fruit against a backdrop of spices and dried herbs. The finish is refreshing and delicate.
