The nose is aromatic and offers a small concentration / power as well as minerality. It reveals notes of fresh quince, fresh brugnon and small notes of crushed pear associated with small touches of kumquat as well as a slight hint of lime zest and flowers. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral (racy minerality), well-balanced and offers an acidulous frame, juiciness, a beautiful verticality / straightness, dynamism, a beautiful definition as well as finesse. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, quince and small notes of fresh brugnon associated with fine touches of yuzu, yellow plum jam, slight hints of pineapple in syrup as well as a very discreet hint of apricot and beeswax. Beautiful acidulous and suave persistence.
