The wine has a lemon-yellow color of medium intensity. The nose is complex and fragrant. It expresses notes of dried field flowers, dried rose, molded leaves, a mineral note, a pronounced note of petrol and a touch of mushrooms in the background. There are also notes of dried apple, pineapple in syrup, candied lemon, dried papaya, dried apricot, as well as a hint of dried fig and a freshness of crushed mint. On the palate, the wine is refined and elegant. It offers a nice concentration, sweetness, richness, as well as a nice balance, thanks to lively and salivating acidity. It expresses notes of lemon zest and candied lime, quince paste, fresh sweet pineapple and pineapple in syrup, dried apricot, as well as a fine touch of faded rose, petrol, nutmeg and mushrooms in the background. The finish is long and tangy, on the note of lime jam and a delicate bitterness. A complex, concentrated and rich wine, without being heavy, well balanced.
