The nose is fruity, well-balanced and offers power. It reveals notes of lemon zest and minerality associated with small notes of ripe tangerine zest and a discreet hint of gray pepper. The palate is fresh, fruity, juicy, suave, mineral, racy, precise and offers tension, a beautiful acid frame, a fine incisive side, dynamism, roundness, a good definition as well as fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy lemon, ripe tangerine and small notes of peach associated with a touch of Williams pear, discreet touches of pink lychee as well as a subtle / discreet hint of pineapple (in the background) and Granny Smith apple. Good and acidulous persistence.
