The wine shows a deep purple colour. The nose is restrained and tight, with air opening up with notes of blueberries, blueberry pie, tar, a touch of roasted meat, slightly flirting with brett when developing. The palate reveals nice acidity, smooth, fluid tannins, quite a light, ethereal texture, long, fruity and smoky finish.
