The wine has pale ruby colour with a purple hue. The nose reveals notes of pickles, a touch of balsamic, very appealing and delicious. The palate offers crisp, crunchy acidity, savoury notes, nuances of red fruits, slightly herbaceous character, a hint of dill and fennel, fine touches of cranberries and forest red berries. The tannins are a bit astringent and stemmy. A fresh, slightly green style with crunchy and juicy finish.
