(40% Viognier, 35% Chenin Blanc, 20% Albarino, 5% Petit Manseng ) The nose is fruity, mineral, clean and offers a fine complexity. It reveals notes of fresh/pulpy mirabelle plum, pulpy nectarine and small notes of lychee associated with touches of white flowers as well as discreet almost beeswax hints and a discreet hint of spices. The palate is nicely mineral, fresh, well-balanced and offers a certain breadth, juiciness as well than a fine crunch . On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/pulpy white peach, crunchy nectarine and small notes of lychee/quenette associated with touches of white flowers as well as hints of fresh mirabelle plum and a subtle hint of fresh zest. Good length. Beautiful freshness and minerality.
