The palate is fruity, juicy and offers a good definition, dynamism, a good acid frame, a small fat, a small fleshiness and minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe / juicy lemon and juicy quince associated with small notes of mirabelle plum, mandarin, juicy apple as well as a discreet varietal hint and fine hints of minerality. Good length.
