Beautiful elegant nose, frank, fresh and complex. It reveals notes of fresh wild and small fresh wild red berries associated with touches of flowers, a fine hint of thyme, sage as well as discreet hints of pepper and saline. The palate is juicy, pulpy and offers a certain small unctuosity as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy cherry, pulpy/fresh raspberry and small notes of small purple fruits/bright blueberry associated with beautiful touches of fresh flowers, racy minerality as well as toasted hints, almond, star anise, a subtle hint of sage and black olive (in the background). Good length. Beautiful sapidity. A discreet varietal hint on the persistence.
