The nose is fruity and offers a very fine juiciness. It reveals notes of juicy tangerine, juicy lemon and small notes of fresh green apple combined with touches of crushed redcurrants, a subtle hint of cherry and an imperceptible hint of white flowers (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, a good volume, a small fat, a good minerality, juiciness, an acidulous frame, a fine straightness as well as a good guideline. The effervescence is very fine. On the palate this wine expresses notes of ripe citrus fruits (lemon, mandarin, kumquat) associated with touches of green apple, ripe / crushed redcurrants as well as discreet hints of cherry and cassis. Good length.
