The nose is aromatic and intense. There is evolutive notes with dried apple and dried banana (reminiscent of Chateauneuf-du-Pape). There is also a little bit of butter. The second nose is still intense with ripe lemon, pineapple and mango. There is also white pepper and a vibe of sweet spices and black tea. The mouth is fresh, watery mouth feel with this black tea and white pepper. There are peach and apple notes. The finish has got a nice salivating acidity with butter and apple. It is long. It can be a gastronomical style matching nicely a caramel apple pie !
