The nose is fruity, racy and offers a fine racy minerality. It expresses notes of pulpy green apple, star fruit and, more slightly, fresh mandarin, combined with touches of fresh exotic berries and discreet hints of mesocarp. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, a tangy frame, minerality, good definition, a certain gourmandise, tension, some fattiness. It expresses the notes of pulpy green peach, juicy/pulpy mandarin and, more slightly, bright lemon, associated with touches of star fruit as well as a fine hint of quenette and an imperceptible hint of almost honey and acacia in the background. Good length, good definition and minerality, roundness and fattiness, pretty tangy frame. Tannic hints on the structure and aromatics.
