The nose offers power. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of toasted, caramelization and small notes of ripe/fleshy red fruits associated with small touches of crushed cassis, liquorice as well as a hint of almond, flowers and toasted bread. The palate is fruity, mineral, juicy, well-balanced and offers suavity, a beautiful definition, tension, fat, straightness as well as a fine acidulous frame (in the background). On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, fleshy raspberry and small notes of fleshy wild strawberry associated with a touch of flowers (cornflower, lily) as well as hints of toasted, Bourbon vanilla, almond and a discreet hint of toasted bread (in the background). Good length. There are touches of chocolate and caramelization on the finish/persistence.
