The nose is aromatic / vanilla and offers a little gourmandize, a fine concentration. It reveals notes of essence of vanilla, violet, blackberry and more slightly fleshy strawberry associated with touches of nutmeg, sweet spices and a discreet hint of bay laurel. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, juiciness, suavity, a minerality frame, good definition as well as a fine unctuosity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy raspberry, violet, cornflowers, vanilla and more slightly fleshy cassis associated with small touches of blackberry, rose, with discreet hints of toasted almond. A subtle saline hint at the end of the palate / persistence.
