The wine has a ruby color of medium intensity. The nose expresses notes of tangy fruits (red cherry, raspberry, red plum, blackcurrant), associated with a touch of white pepper, dried rosemary and violet (in the background). The palate is vertical and tangy, slightly peppery in the finish. It expresses notes of bigarreau cherry, fresh raspberry, blackcurrant and red plum, associated with a fine peppery note, a herbaceous touch (rosemary), as well as a warm hint of prunes and amarena cherry and a good bitterness in finish (moderately persistent). The tannins are enveloping, fine, a little grippy, but not dry, balanced by a good level of acidity.
