Vinding – Montecarrubo – Vigna Grande 2020 – Terre Siciliane IGT

A pretty, elegant nose, with a certain roundness and generosity of fruit. We find notes of creamy blackberry, blueberry and more slightly crushed raspberry combined with delicate touches of liquorice, chocolate as well as fine notes of plum blossom and a discreet hint of toastiness. The palate is fruity, elegant, balanced and reveals a nice definition, gourmandize, a fine airiness in the approach, suppleness and juiciness/generosity. On the palate this wine expresses bright cherry and juicy/crunchy blueberry notes combined with hints of pulpy boysenberry, red berry, local garrigue, olive, as well as fine hints of almond, fresh flowers and a discreet touch of sweet blond tobacco. Tannins are supple.
