Vinchio Vaglio Le Masche Piemonte Chardonnay 2023 – Piemonte DOC

The nose is aromatic, pleasant and quite complex. It expresses juicy notes of stone fruits (peach, apricot), complemented by a tangy touch of ripe lemon, a mineral framework of limestone and a perfumed touch of white flowers. The palate is fruity on the attack, with notes of white peach, apricot and ripe citrus. There is also a touch of hazelnut and dried fruit (but the wine was not aged in barrels), as well as a racy minerality and a saline touch on the persistence. The texture on the palate is round and pleasant, airy and well balanced by a lively acidity. A Chardonnay with the typicity of the grape variety, reflecting the Piedmontese terroir.
