The wine has a pale ruby color. The nose is fruity, fleshy, with a hint of sweetness. It expresses notes of wild strawberry, roasted raspberry, roasted red cherry, fresh red cherry, as well as wild blueberry, associated with subtle notes of dried mint, rosemary, wild flowers, peony, as well as ‘with a touch of sweet spices (vanilla, cinnamon, white pepper). On the palate, the wine offers fluidity and airiness, as well as fruit notes, with a tangy touch (fresh raspberry, bigarreau cherry, blueberry, a hint of blackcurrant, strawberry). We also find notes of sweet spices (vanilla, cloves, cumin), a touch of smoked meat in the background and floral and herbaceous notes (dried rose, peony). The tannins are firm, structured, but quite fine. Nice length on the palate, fresh and gourmand, with a nice acidity.
