The nose is elegant, fine, fruity and offers a beautiful definition, precision, power as well as a fine intensity. It reveals notes of ripe cassis, Sichuan pepper, violet and small notes of blackberry associated with small touches of ripe wild red fruits, black cherrt as well as very discreet hints of juicy blueberry, nutmeg and an imperceptible hint of green cardamom. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful freshness, a beautiful definition/finesse , precision, complexity, gourmandize, a beautiful racy minerality (terroir) as well as an acidulous frame. A juicy and fresh cassis and small notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry associated with a touch of violet, roe, very fine hints of toasted, caramelization. Tannins are beautifully fine. Good length.
