The nose is a bit discreet and slightly velvety. It reveals notes of blackberry, grey pepper ans slight notes of plum, small berries associated with a few slight touches of Sichuan pepper and oak. The palate is fresh, racy, quite straight and offers some minerality and a small silkiness. This wine expresses notes of plum and black cherry combined with touches of raspberry, spices (nutmeg, pepper …) and a few oaky notes. Tannins are racy. Good length and persistence.
