The nose is fruity and offers brightness and a certain gourmandise. There are notes of pulpy vine peach, quenette and small notes of peach blossom, associated with touches of sweet mandarin, nutmeg and a hint of blond tobacco. The palate is well-built, it presents freshness, minerality, a crystalline side, tension and good structure. It also offers energy and a gastronomic side. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of sweet quince, lemon and small notes of quenette, combined with touches of bright vine peach, as well as fine hints of sweet grapefruit. Good length. A subtle tannic hint and acidity on the finish/persistence. A wine offering acidity, precision, gourmandise and freshness. Good freshness and persistence.
