The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is aromatic, it expresses notes of honey, candied bitter orange, candied lemon, ripe yellow fruits (plum, mirabelle plum) and acacia. On the palate, the wine expresses notes of sweet yellow berries (Mirabelle plum, white currant), with a hint of white flowers (apple blossom) and juicy pear. The foam is present, but fine. The finish is medium long, with souple acidity.
