(Cabernet Sauvignon 55%, Carmenere 29%, Cabernet Franc 7%, Merlot 5%, Syrah 4%) The nose is elegant, fine, complex and quite delicate. It reveals notes of blackberry, plum and flowers associated with slight notes of red berries, mocha, well integrated oaky/spicy notes and a touch of grey pepper. The palate is fruity, nicely mineral, nicely structured, racy, harmonious, generous and offers a fresh acidity and a nice silky matter. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of blackberry, strawberry and raspberry combined with a few notes of cherry, plum, black berries as well as small notes of oak, pepper and mocha / dark chocolate / liquorice on the finish (in the background). Tannins are fine, elegant and well-made. Good length and persistence.
