A wine that needs decanting. Beautiful, elegant nose, precise, with a certain power full finesse. It needs time to open up in the glass and fully reveal itself. It reveals notes of kumquat, ripe brugnon and small notes of small crushed fruits, associated with touches of almond, fine hints, almost apricot, as well as discreet hints of pepper and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, gourmand, deep and offers roundness, unctuosity, delicacy and a melodious side as well as a discreetly time character. Need time to open up. In mouth this wine expresses notes of crushed apple, brugnon and small notes of apricot, associated with touches of kumquat, fine hints of varietal noble, a discreet touch of fig milk as well as subtle toasted hints / spices. Good length. A wine offering gourmandise and precision, with a tannic side to its approach (structure and aromatics). A hint salty and a certain chewiness on the finish/persistence.
