The wine has a ruby color, of medium intensity. The nose expresses fruit, gourmandise and a fine spiciness. We find notes of juicy red cherry, crunchy strawberry, red currants, elderberry, as well as a touch of crushed blackcurrant and juniper berries, associated with sweet spices (white pepper, licorice)and a pleasant minty note and a hint of blackcurrant bud, which appear after aeration. On the palate, the wine is supple, juicy and offers fluidity (in a good sens) and an elegant airiness. It also offers roundness, notes of fresh and tangy fruits (red cherry, raspberry, cranberries, strawberry, blackcurrant),herbaceous freshness (blackcurrant leaf, mint), a very delicate spiciness (licorice, white pepper) , a lively and salivating acidity, as well as fine, but perceptible tannins. A refined wine, with freshness and liveliness.
