The nose offers a fine concentration, a small power, a fine grain, harmony, good definition as well as tension. It reveals notes of small wild berries, violet and Cuben pepper associated with touches of lily as well as subtle hints of vanilla, almond, vanilla flowers and black olive. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced, fresh and offers a good definition, gourmandize, a good definition of the fruit, an aerial side as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberries, juicy raspberries and small notes of juicy plums combined with a touch of vanilla, caramelized almonds and discreet hints of black olive, tea, liquorice, of chocolate and a very discreet hint of olive tree. Tannins are well-built and elegant.
