The nose is aromatic, quite intense and relatively fine. It reveals notes of cassis cream and slight notes of blackberry, wild strawberries combined with discreet hints of wild red fruits as well as a hint of Sichuan pepper and spices. The mouth is fruity, juicy, tight, fluid, slightly silky, slightly fleshy and offers tension, a nice / fine freshness and a slight acid frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry and fleshy blackberry associated with slight notes of plum, strawberry as well as slight hints of toasted oak, olive (very discreet), chocolate and a discreet hint of sweet spices. Tannins are a bit dry. Good length.
