The nose is aromatic and finely powerful. It reveals notes of wild raspberry, red berries and small notes of flowers associated with small touches of plum as well as fine hints of zan and an imperceptible hint of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, precise, well-balanced and offers a fine straightness, a fine acid frame, a fine fleshiness, a fine gourmandise, roundness, a small fat as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed cherry, crushed redcurrant and small notes of raspberry associated with fine touches of blackberry and discreet touches of black cherry, liquorice and an imperceptible hint of flowers. Good length. Fine chews on the finish. There is an imperceptible hint of cocoa (in the background) on the persistence.
