Vignerons de Gonfaron – Hédonique 2018 – Côtes de Provence

The nose is fruity, fresh and offers minerality and a fine concentration. It reveals notes of fleshy / fresh brugnon, fresh raspberry and small notes of fresh citrus associated with a subtle hint of fresh cherry and fresh flowers. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, suavity, a fine fat, a fine richness, a mineral frame, tension as well as gourmandise. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy raspberry, fleshy / juicy brugnon and small notes of fleshy / juicy fleshy quénette associated with fine touches of ripe citrus, exotic fruits and a very discreet hint of varietal bitterness on the finish. Good length.
