The wine has a bright ruby color, of medium intensity. On the nose, it is closed and requires aeration. It then expresses the tangy aromas of red cherry, cranberries, raspberry and crunchy strawberry, associated with hints of toasted wood, fresh hazelnut, liquorice, nutmeg, dried mint and cornflower, as well as a light touch of cocoa. The palate is straight, lively and tangy. On the attack, it expresses notes of tangy red cherry, fresh raspberry, cranberries and strawberry. Then we find the integrated herbaceous notes of rose stem, dried mint, cassis leaf, as well as cornflower, nutmeg and liquorice. Tannins are structured, firm, but fine. Liveliness and a salivating acidity. The finish is sapid, fruity and gourmet, quite persistent.
