The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers a fine complexity. It reveals notes of yellow peach, ripe green apple and small notes of ripe citrus associated with a touch of quince and a hint of beeswax. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, well-built and offers a nice fresh frame, a fine acidity, a fine fat, a certain depthness and a good structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh apple and ripe yellow peach associated with small touches of small yellow fruits, mirabelle plum as well as a touch of butter, zest and a very discreet hint of beewax. Good length. The finish is “almost” tannic.
