The wine has a pale lemon yellow color. The nose is intense and aromatic with notes of acacia honey but also apricot tart. We also have fine hints of apple and banana. It’s fresh and pretty. The second nose opens with the same notes. There is a very tangy fruity side. The palate is fresh with a soft texture. We have notes of apple but also of peach and green plum. The tasting is delicate, discreet with body and a small touch of astringency on the finish.
