The nose is aromatic, with good definition and depth, some aromatic complexity from the skin contact, and a fine oxidative edge. There are notes of kumquat, Mirabelle plum and, more slightly, zest, combined with touches of yellow fruits/physalis, white flowers and discreet hints of hay and sage. The palate is fruity, juicy and acidic, with good definition, minerality, acidity and a certain gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy apple, quince and more slightly Mirabelle plum combined with touches of hay, yellow flowers and a subtle almost acacia and almost honeyed touch. A gastronomic white wine with complexity and salinity in the background. Good length.
