A beautiful mineral, fresh, and airy nose that offers pulpy fruit and a certain delicacy. The palate is beautifully structured, fruity, well-balanced and offers a tangy structure, precision, suppleness, a lovely delicacy as well as a certain aromatic deepness on the Mediterranean side of the fruit. A lovely airy character. A lovely definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy yellow apple, apricot, and small notes of mirabelle plum associated with fine touches of quince, a subtle hint of crushed pear, arbutus as well as fine hints of rosemary, local garrigue, dried almond, and a discreet hint of almost dried herbs.
