The palate is beautifully structured, fruity, well-balanced and offers a tangy structure, precision, suppleness, a lovely delicacy as well as a certain aromatic deepness on the Mediterranean side of the fruit. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy yellow apple, apricot, and small notes of mirabelle plum associated with fine touches of quince, a subtle hint of crushed pear, arbutus as well as fine hints of rosemary, local garrigue, dried almond, and a discreet hint of almost dried herbs.
