It reveals notes of boysenberry, a gravels minerality and small notes of small red fruits associated with touches of toast, blueberry, fine hints of Timut pepper and a discreet touch of flowers and sweet spices. The palate is nicely built, supple, juicy, fresh, pulpy, gourmand and offers a tangy frame, tension, a beautiful texture, velvety, a beautiful structure as well as accuracy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy and juicy blackcurrant, bright raspberry and fresh/bright blueberry associated with hints of toast, chocolate, almond, a fine hint of liquorice stick as well as an almost sappy hint and eucalyptus. Tannins are mellow, elegant and gourmand. Beautiful length. The finish is fresh, floral and delicate, silky and shiny.
