The nose offers freshness as well as a slight concentration. It reveals notes of wild blackberry, crunchy wild berries and a touch of crunchy wild strawberry associated with a hint of raspberry, toasted touches as well as a subtle hint of vanilla (in the background) and an imperceptible touch of pepper (in the background). The palate is fruity, fresh, juicy, well-balanced and offers a beautiful tension as well as a small fat. On the palate this wine expresses notes of cassis and crunchy wild berries associated with touches of crunchy red berries, tonka bean, sweet spices as well as a very discreet hint of nutmeg and almond. Tannins are a bit tight and very slightly dry. Good length. Good persistence with a touch of cocoa and a discreet hint of caramelization.
