The nose is aromatic, rich and relatively elegant. It reveals notes of cassis, blackberry and fine touches of red berries associated with a hint of Sichuan pepper, a touch of coffee and slight woody notes. The palate is fruity, gourmand, mineral, elegant, beautifully defined / precise and offers a small acid frame (in the background), freshness as well as a nice, silky matter and a small creaminess. On the palate this wine expresses notes of blackberry, juicy plum and slight notes of red berries combined with a touch of black cherry, licorice and tobacco / sweet spices. Good length and persistence.
