The nose is aromatic and offers a fine gourmandize. It reveals notes of crushed blackberry, strawberry and flowers associated with small touches of raspberry, sweet spices as well as discreet hints of Cuben pepper. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a small fat, fullness, a small acid frame, freshness, tension as well as a good guideline. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed cassis, black cherry and crushed raspberry associated with touches of strawberry as well as discreet touches of toasted oak/chocolate, caramelization and a very discreet hint of almond. Tannins are well-built. Good lenght. There is a discreet hint of vanilla on the persistence/finish.
