The nose is on cassis notes, blackberry and small notes of liquorice stick associated with hints of crushed small red fruits as well as a discreet hint of fresh blond tabaco. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, suavity, a mineral trame, a good definition, tension as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy blackberry, bigarreau cherry and small notes of violet, associated with touches of ripe/ fresh small fruits as well as hints of pistil and a discreet hint of liquorice stick. Good length. A subtle hint of sap on the finish. Slighty sappy and chewy tannins.
