Nice ruby color, limpid and shiny. The first nose has notes of chocolate and red fruits such as cherry. There is also a bouquet of fresh herbs like mint and basil. After aeration, it is more tangy on the little cherry with cinnamon and pepper. The vegetal side is always present. The attack is smooth, round then gradually evolves towards something more bitter and more structured. The tannins are present, powerful. They dry out the mid-palate with flavors of cigar, kampot pepper and plum. The finish is vegetal with hints of soy sauce and black fruits.
