(Masos) The nose is elegant, racy and offers power, accuracy, matter as well as deepness A certain controlled richness. It reveals notes of creamy blackberry, crushed blackcurrant and small notes of crushed plum associated with touches of violet, hints of elegantly-roasted small red fruits, vanilla, a hint of liquorice stick as well as a fine hint of menthole, thyme and sweet spices. The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandize, a certain richness, straightness, a mineral frame, a good definition, accuracy, brilliance as well as a beautiful gourmandize. A good mellow structure. On the palate this wine expresses notes of creamy blackcurrant, bright boysenberry and small notes of bright redcurrant associated with touches of plum, crushed violet, roasted small fruits, vanilla, thyme and a hint of rosemary in the background. The palate finishes with a slight note of toasted almond. Tannins are mellow and rich. A fresh, juicy, and delicious wine. Good length.
