Deep ruby colour with a purple hue, bright and vivid. The nose is intense and spicy, with exuberant notes of cinnamon, cloves, Christmas spices, juicy nuances of red and black cherries, savoury notes of black olives, tar and smoke. The palate reveals crunchy, elevated acidity, bold, well-managed juicy and chalky tannins, some delicate and positive bitterness on the finish which adds to the freshness. A bit earthy in the aftertaste. Juicy and fluid texture. Still very young but already very balanced.
