This Single Malt has got an amber color, limpid and shiny. The nose is soft with hints of creams and sugar-coated chestnut. There are also fruits such as applesauce and raspberries. We also have citrus fruits like orange and a frame of roasted grains. It’s pretty, charming. The palate is round, smooth. We have a lot of fruit but also some spices such as white pepper. We find the fruits that we had on the nose: raspberry, cherry but also apple and pear. There are also dried fruits such as candied orange, almond, almond blossom. The finish is delicate, charming too. A little blue vanilla, dried fig, milk chocolate, nougatine, cherry stone. A real dessert in a bottle.
