The nose is elegant, floral and offers a lovely grain and fine sapiness. We find notes of fresh boysenberry, iris, lily and more lightly, small ripe wild red berries, as well as discreet hints of pepper, eucalyptus and a discreet hint of sappy. The palate is well-built, supple, fresh, mineral, sappy, chiselled, elegant and offers a good definition, precision, fine tension, a floral side and a tangy frame. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of cassis, iris, lilac and more lightly, crushed raspberry, associated with a touch of small fresh berries as well as a hint of sweet pepper and eucalyptus. Good length. Freshness and gourmandise.
