It reveals notes of ripe apple, ripe / juicy brugnon and small notes of crunchy pear associated with fine touches of lemon zest, flint and a very discreet hint of lemon blossom. The palate is fruity, fresh, tense, well-balanced and offers a racy minerality, a fine fat, a small gourmandize, a fine grain as well as a mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh apple, fresh pear / juicy and small notes of fresh plum / juicy mirabelle plum associated with small touches of fresh lychee as well as discreet hints of lemon and flint. Good length.
