The nose is rather aromatic and offers a very fine power. It reveals notes of wild raspberry, rose and small wild berries associated with small touches of iris, Sichuan pepper as well as a subtle hint of tea and spices. The palate offers minerality, juiciness and a juicy/finely acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy raspberry, fleshy blackberry, small notes of fleshy/juicy garriguette strawberry associated with small touches of iris, questche plum as well as fine hints of laurel berries/sense of the place, chocolate and vanilla. Good length. Tannins are finely tight and slightly dry.
