The nose is fruity, gourmand and relatively generous/rich. It reveals notes of plum jam, crushed blackberry and slight hints of black cherry associated with discreet hints of red berries, a hint of black tea as well as a discreet hint of tobacco and nutmeg. The palate is fruity, mineral, relatively fresh, well-balanced and offers a slight acid frame as well as a beautiful juiciness. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of juicy blueberry, juicy plum and slight notes of raspberry, small red berries associated with slight notes of toasted oak, mocha as well as a very discreet hint of leather. Tannins are fine and a bit dry. Good length.
